The staff was very friendly, patient and helpful. They ran out of regular chicken there wouldve been a 30 minute wait and the lady suggested trying the Cholula Chicken which was very delicious and spicy. I really love that you can customize your food however you like and that there are a variety of options to do so. They wash their hands in front of you and glove up which I really liked, especially with the time of year and everything thats going around. The young lady that rang us up was very sweet and made sure to honor my rewards and that I scanned my bar code to get more rewards points. Ill definitely come back to this location. “ There is a trend going on right now at Chipotle where people are filming them because the company has told its employees to reduce the portions to their customers. I, firsthand, have seen this happen to me. My point is Qdoba does not have this problem. The cool thing is I ordered on the app and when I went to pick it up it was HEAVY. They even gave me extra toppings in a small cup like I asked for. Refer to the pictures I took of this bowl. Look at this bowl!! I even stuck the fork in the bowl to show you how thick it was. In fact, the bowl was so filled I did not even finish it. Now I did not eat at the restaurant but from what I saw it was clean. There were no bowls or cups left on the tables and the condiments and cutlery looked stocked. If you are looking for a full bowl I would say head on over to Qdoba and give it a try. They also have really good chips also! The only drawback is that not all Qdoba restaurants are created equal. The one I am talking about is located in Raymore in Missouri so be cautious in the area that you live. However, based upon how full my bowl was you may want to give it a try if you have one in your area or if you are traveling and come across one. ”
